What is this Delivery Policy?

This delivery policy, together with the Terms of Use, describes Nanhi Gudiya policies and procedures towards delivery of Products purchased on the Platforms. Nanhi Gudiya makes all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to Users in a timely fashion.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Delivery Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Terms of Delivery

– **Logistic Partners**: Nanhi Gudiya partners with third-party logistic service providers for delivery. Users will be informed of the logistic partner and estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

– **Delivery Areas**: Nanhi Gudiya currently has a select list of areas where delivery is possible. Users must verify if delivery can be made to their area by entering their pin-code details during the order process.

– **Shipping Address**: Users must provide accurate and complete shipping address details with sufficient landmarks. Failure to do so may result in delivery issues for which Nanhi Gudiya will not be liable.

– **Delivery Attempts**: A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver the purchased Products. If the User is unavailable after three attempts, Nanhi Gudiya may cancel the order.

– **Delivery Delays**: Delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Nanhi Gudiya will attempt to notify Users of any anticipated delays but is not obligated to compensate for delays.

– **Delivery Personnel Conduct**: Nanhi Gudiya undertakes diligence to ensure ethical conduct of delivery personnel, but any issues arising with delivery personnel must be resolved independently by the User.

– **Tracking**: Users will receive a unique tracking number to track their order status. Nanhi Gudiya will attempt to update tracking information promptly but does not guarantee real-time accuracy.

Delivery Timeline: Minimum delivery time within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes maximum 2- 10 days from shipping date depending on the location.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

 **Charges**: Shipping charges vary based on the order value. For cart values of Rs. 599 and below, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 applies.

– **Title and Risk**: Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products passed to the User upon delivery.

– **Refunds**: Shipping charges will be refunded proportionately in the event of returns or cancellations, except for Products with defects at the time of delivery. Refund amount will be credited to the users within 7-10 business days and will reflect in the User’s account based on bank policies .Grievance
